eLearning.ee provides private education providers with a shared public verification layer for the certificates, diplomas and training credentials they issue. It helps make learning documents easier to trust, verify and use in professional contexts such as LinkedIn profiles, CVs, portfolios and job applications.
Traditional verification starts with an email or phone call: someone must find the responsible person, retrieve the record and confirm the details separately.
“Did you actually issue this certificate, and did its holder complete the stated programme?” — “Yes. We found the record and confirm the issue and the stated details.”
A former learner wants to show the achievement on LinkedIn or a CV, but without a verifiable link an employer still has to contact the issuer.
A company reports substantial investment in staff training on its website. Links to eLearning.ee let it support that claim with verifiable documents issued to employees.
The recipient opens a personal link or scans a QR code to see the details registered by the issuer and the document’s current status.
The platform helps confirm that a certificate or diploma is connected to a real record in the verification system.
Learners can use UID-based verification and direct links to present their learning achievements more clearly and credibly.
Connected organisations can use the platform as a shared trust layer for issued certificates and diplomas.
The current focus of eLearning.ee is certificate and diploma verification. Over time, the platform may also evolve into a broader hub for connected learning programmes, educational organisations and partner offerings.
If your organisation is interested in certificate verification, platform participation or future cooperation, please contact the platform operator to discuss the next steps.
